  • Solutions recommended based on "whole house" approach - DIY to complex energy upgrades prioritized based on investment and payback.

  • Post-upgrade audit to access grants and incentives (where applicable). Final report administered with all product, installation, warranty, and contact info.
  • Secondary "Quality Assurance" component including visual inspection of installed measures and performance contract reaffirmation.
  • Monthly and/or quarterly contact required for performance contract including review of utility bills and energy usage review.
